On March 19, the 4th Annual Maker Faire, organized by Nova Labs, took place at South Lakes High School and Langston Hughes Middle School. At the event, children of all ages, as well as adults, enjoyed playing with hand-made robots; exploring the different physical laws through flying objects; learning about coding and programming their own robots; helping taking apart recyclable computer parts; making compounds using chemical reactions; creating works through wood, paint and Legos; and much more. A solar-powered BMW car was also on display, giving a glimpse of a more environmentally friendly future.
