An exciting and revealing Champagne tasting and dinner experience not to be missed. Guests will be greeted with Chef Jacques’ seasonal hors d’oeuvres and a glass of rare pinot noir from the Côteaux Champenois.
Head sommelier, Alex Bardsley, will lead you through a pre-dinner tasting flight of three excellent, single-varietal Champagnes, to compare and contrast the three main varieties used to create Champagne. The tasting will be followed by a luscious dinner accompanied by two additional delectable Champagnes; a Brut and a Brut Rosé.
