Developer BXP has fully leased all 1.1 million sq ft of new office space at RTC Next, anchored by Fannie Mae and Volkswagen Group of America. The retail layer (Clarity, Dogfish Head, Grazie Nonna, Yunnan, Toastique) is opening in waves this spring and summer.
