Kalypso’s Sports Tavern Celebrates 10 Years at Lake Anne, Reston

Join Kalypso’s Sports Tavern this Fourth of July weekend as we celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and thank our guests for their loyal support over the last decade. True to form, enjoy live music on the patio, commemorative gifts, free food samples and more. Reservations are strongly encouraged! Kalypso’s has evolved over the past ten years to become more than just a place for good food. You may have heard, “There’s always something happening at Kalypso’s.” And it’s true as we celebrate, all weekend long, our 10^th Anniversary!

The owners of Kalypso’s, Vicky and George Hadjikyriakou have been in the food and hospitality industry since the mid 70’s. In 2010, they became business owners in Reston and now residents, living out Reston’s motto “Live, Work & Play”. Reflecting on the past 10 years, Vicky said, “I still remember the day in 2010 when I saw the commercial sales listing and was surprised to see the opportunity. I drove over to Lake Anne immediately and fell in love with the lakefront property. A vision of serving the community Greek and Italian food unfolded and that’s how Kalypso’s came to occupy the biggest commercial space on the Lake. I take great pride in what our team has accomplished over the last decade. The significance of this milestone means our patrons and employees believe the service we provide is valued.”

Kalypso’s Sports Tavern offers a Mediterranean & American menu, along with a wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails.
